What is the fastest way to lose weight?

me after having my daughter :) Asked by kelsikay 27 days ago, 2 answers.

I want to lose about 50 60 lbs...and I like to lose it by my birthday which is in march...or asap...whats the best way to go about it...I've been considering buying *slimforce 7* ...but hesitant on buying it...I drink mostly water and juice instead of...

soda...I dont eat snacks very often, I eat a gurnola bar in the morning, some fruit and cheese or meat for lunch, and what ever I can find for dinner...I have a pretty active job so I dont work out much...but any helpful hints are much appriciated!

Some tips..
-Dont eat till your full
-Try walking to work or the best chance you get
-Walk dogs? Or any animal.
-Dont drink as much juice as you would
soda because you'd be surprised by the calories.
-You have to have some sugar in your diet or
you will eventually crash
-So eat like a energy bar
-for in the morning I suggest drinking
Carantion instant breakfast essentials
-although something has a qyite a bit of calories
doesn't mean you shouldn't eat it.
-Try a treadmill
-Do 10 situps every morning.
-Also you can eat peanut butter,strawberries

Usually those weight loss pills have a lot of side effects so I would not take them if I were you, and it could also conclude a result of you gaining More weight.

The only way to lost weight is to put your body into a negative caloric state. You just need a combination of exercise (weights and cardio), and a good diet. All of your carbs should be from low glycemic goods such as oatmeal. whole grain wheat bread, wheat pasta; all of you protein should be from lean sources (chicken, fish, turkey, 4% ground beef, lean steak). Your fats should come from flax oil, nuts, peanut butter. You do need fat in your diet, so don't neglect it. Fat doesn't make you fat as long as it's good fat. Good fats help to slow the digestion to allow you extra time to use the carbs you have consumed as energy so they don't convert to fat. Drink lots of water and stay away from fruit juice, with the exception of first thing in the morning when your insulin needs to be spiked. You should count your calories on a weekly basis and see how much weight you lose, and adjust your calories accordingly. It's not that hard, with a little willpower anyone can do it. You just have to really stay motivated.
