Hi annao,

Are the pimples near your hairline? If so, they are probably caused by sweat.

If the store-bought stuff isn't working, try home remedies. I've heard witch hazel will help dry out pimples quickly, just apply some with a cotton ball to the pimples before bed.

Another thing that I've heard is clove honey. Just put some on the affected area at night, by morning the clove honey should be absorbed and the zits should be almost gone.

good luck.

You can buy witch hazel at any pharmacy, usually near the rubbing alcohol. Clove honey should be available at any food market.
