What would I do to get rid of face peeling?

Makes sense - it's going to peel, you can't actually stop it. The sunburn has damaged the layer of skin and now you have to shed it. You can help ease it along though, by using a vitamin E moisturizer.

And stay out of the sun - your skin will be extra sensitive now.

Do you mean to say you have dry skin and it's flaking? Or your face is actually peeling?

Either way, it's usually a sign of dry skin and requires daily moisturizers to keep it smooth.

Ichi is right. I just want to add, don't scratch the skin or peel it of.let it do so itself. You might just end up with nasty scars. Also anything with aloe or vitamin E helps for the itching.
