at home you have no choice but to pluck. I would never wax at home but its only like 7 or 8 dollars to get them waxed at a solon. only if you only go once they can get your shape going and you can keep it up by plucking at home

You can also search tutorials by Anastasia Soare - she's an expert on eyebrows, she arranges all the hollywood stars. And yeah, don't use wax at home. Before and after plucking your eyebrows use some moisturizing cream.
