Eyebrow makeup help

What type of eyebrow makeup would go good with eyebrows; the gel type, powder or liner type? I want the makeup for my eyebrow to be able to stay on all day without smudging. my eyebrow is kind of short but I want it to extend using make up. which would...

use the pencil eye liner kind, but use thin strikes to make it look real, and not fake. good luck
