Eye shadow colours for a blue eyed girl

So, for a blue eyed girl, I usually wear the basic black-brown mascara and brown eyeliner. I dont usually wear eye shadow. that is because most colours look like crap on me. green doesnt work with my red hair and it makes my skin look sick. I need help....

any suggestions on eye shadow colours?

I would use a light color, like a light brown or a very light green or light blue or pink!

The best color for blue eyes is either a really light brown or tan. Light blue also works. Just match it up with the color clothes that you are wearing and that should suffice and make it look good. If you're wearing a green top or sweater, green eyeshadow should look good. Just make sure you go to a make-up website and learn how to put eyeshadow on because most people put it on wrong which is why it doesn't look good. Good Luck!

I suggest going to one of the major make-up web-sites like Cover Girl or Maybelline. They will usually have videos on how to apply make-up and the best colors for you.

I just checked out both of them and I found that Maybelline has a great video on how to apply eye shadow. Here is the url. Just copy and paste it into your url box.

For blue eyes you can always have a really light shadow with a tint of colour, or go with blues, bronzes, golds, grays, blacks, browns and anything nuetral.
