Um, I would guess it's because your face sweats (maby)
I thought that too cause of basketball and P.E. but basketballs over and I dont have P.E anymore and our buildings always got the AC on.
if you use foundation rub it into your eyelid, then put the eyeshadow on thicker.
Um maybe you need a diffrent brand or try putting on foundation before eyeshadow but make sure that the foundation goes with your skin color
Try using MAC Shadesticks before you put on your eye makeup.
The shadesticks come in a variety of colours like Sharkskin (black for dark eye colours), Sea Me (A bright and intensely pigmented blue green) Lucky Jade ( a shimmery medium green the color of celery), Beige-ing ( a shimmery sheer champagne) Pink Couture ( a frosty blend of light pink) and also Cedarrose (a very shimmery blend of rose with a touch of copper ).
And those are just some of the colours. MAC has at least 20 different colours and you dont have to buy all. For you light eye makeup use like the beige and for dark or smokey looks use the Sharkskin. So depending on the eye colour your going for on that day you could use the differet colour shadestick to match it.
Trust me it will really make your colour POP and definitely LAST LONGER!!!

Umm...you can try to find a brand that's water proof. Or just don't touch your face all that much.(Yes I know your skin is nice and soft, but makeup runs off if you do!)
Hope this helps

u could rub in foundation on/ touch it up after gym/ basket ball
the best thing is to use a cream eyeshadow underneath
that way the powdery eyeshadow will stick to it
and stay like that all day!
The foundation is what I do, but there is also professional eyeshadow base you can buy to put underneath. Put it on thicker too cause it will wear off no matter what you do.More expensive eyeshadow doesn't mean better eyeshadow. I find the cheaper stays on better. The worst brand I have found to be mabelline and covergirl they don't blend and they clump and crease.

Eye shadow, how to keep it looking good?
okay I know this sounds a lil weird but when I put on eye shadow in the morning it looks really good and makes my eyes look good but by the end of the day its gone and just look blah.. =( does anyone know why that happens or how I can keep it from doing that. and no I dont wipe my eyes I make sure I dont touch my face at all cause of the oil on our hands.
