I am curious have you ever been to Istanbul ?.. the advice I am seeking is.. if you have seen Istanbul.. what are the good and bad things you remember and suggest?.. I always consider what foreigners think of Istanbul.. so I can learn and tell people...

about the pluses and minuses you know what I mean ?

never been there. but in my country they screen tourist documentaries on turkish culture et al. my impression? great city, culturally rich, but earthquake-prone - not somewhere I would wanna live in
