Am I unconsciously becoming emo?

hey im kinda in a bad situation. I get depressed and antisocial and MILDLY emo a lot now. I want to be a happy little kid again but I don’t know… am I unconsciously becoming emo or something? how can I fix it?

you need to “actively relax” means doin something you enjoy, something you do without putting 2 much thought into it…ride a bike, read a book, draw something, you need to train yr brain to become a muscle so that you can utilise its potential, you’ll be alright

Maybe not ‘emo’, but depressed? Just get out there and join a sports team or a drama class, make some friends and slowly you’ll come out of your hole.

don’t start labeling yourself when you feel different emotions emo is a genre of music, which people have turned into another attention seeking subculture having true depression isn’t being emo, its suffering from a mental disorder which should be taken care of before it becomes worse seeing a therapist and getting help from counselors is the best thing to do I see an art therapist and it helps so much labels are ridiculous when it comes to real problems

If oyu think it’s depression, talk to some one. A parent. A school counselor. Your doctor.

Tell them that you think you may be depressed and they’ll know how to get you help. Don’t ignore it. It’ll only get worse if you do.
