Ok so I want to buy a couple of stuff on ebay and I was wondering that if I make a paypal account and sign on with a gift card then after the funds run out will I be able to use and sign on with a diff girt card everytime?

Yes, I believe so. Your account stays active regardless of the funding you use. You can also change funding options and have backup funding.

You can always just change the funding
options like editor said.
