Eating healthier

flower Asked by zorbot about 1 month ago, 1 answer.

I'm trying to eat healthier but I'm not really sure about some stuff I'm eating. I know eating fruits and veg are a must but what about potatoes, bread and white rice? I've been replacing bread with white rice, or avoiding to eat bread. My normal diet...

consists of fruit, yogurt or milk and muesli or eggs and slice of bread in the morning, cooked veggies with a bit of meat or fish and rice or bread at midday and some more of the same in the evening (I'm going for big salads in the evening now too). Does this sound like a healthy diet? Should I replace bread with white rice?

what do u think :) Answered by latinagirl93 on Oct 26, 2009, 10:00AM

your doing pretty good it is a good diet. but instead of replacing the bread with white rice replace it with whole grain rice its heathier. and replacing bread with white rice wont make that much of a difference.
