The problem with fasting - as that's what you were doing by only consuming water for two days - is that most of the time the first few days you lose muscle mass, as well as fat. So while you might weigh less, you're more unhealthy, and your body will metabolize food slower per day now because of the loss in muscle mass.
From reading a lot myself (as I have about 12 pounds to lose, still) the best thing to do is eat a well balanced diet, at your normal daily required level of calories. While doing that, exercise, and sweat - a lot. It's hard that way, but if you exercise enough (say 1 hour or so per day of cardio / pilates, aerobic type exercise) you can lose one pound per day, safely.
You're kind of starving yourself. I mean you're doing like a detox by cleaning out your system but that's only for 3 days and you eat apples or grapes. I mean if you want to lose weight quick you could walk on a empty stomach and have plenty of water first thing in the morning.

Am i losing weight in a safe way?
lost 5 pounds in 2 days just be drinking water and not snacking... is this a good thing because i am 15 years old 5 feet 10 inches 153 and now 148 pounds.. i want to lose weight but i am not sure if i am doing it a save way... please help
