WHEN I FEEL A BIT HEAVY I DO DAILY EXERCISES BECAUSE GYMZ ARE WAY EXPENSDSIVE. ONE EXCERSIE I COULD GET YOU TO DO IS QUIET EASY ALL YOU DO IS SPILT YOUR LEGS APART AND HAVE YOUR HANDS STRAIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU AND YOU GO DOWN AND UP AND DOWN AND UP...DO you GET IT??
ANOTHERT IS PUSH UP - PUT YOUR LEGS UNDER YOUR BEDS, YOUR ARMS BEHINDE YOUR NECK AND RAISE YOURSELF UPCONTIOUNSLY. OR YOU COULD JOG ON THE SPOT FOR QUIET SOME TIME. TRUST ME THIS WILL HELP I DO IT a lot AND I LIKE THE WAY I AM. HOPE THIS HELPSS ... :-D
I would suggest working out daily. Some exercises I do are crunches. you lay on the ground, knees bent up to the ceiling, put your hand s behind your head and lock them together, then, wiht your head straight up, use your abs and push urself up the down. continuously. about 20 reps. also, I take some short jogs. dont forget cardio! it helps lose calories. also, some push ups help too. also, drink water instead of sodas and juices. but remember to get vitamins. hope this helps! I do this often and I am comfortable the way I am.
