How to stop spam e-mail?

How we can stop spam e-mails arriving in our E-mail account?Is there any idea to find the names of site which spam our E-maill account before we subscribe for there E-mails?

Unfortunately, there isn't a reliable solution. Best thing to use is a service with a bayesian (learning) spam filter, like Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, etc, and then if you use outlook, there is a free open source plugin called spambayes that works very well. Outlook's built in spam filter is useless.
