Because of all of the processing that has been done to your hair, you risk further damage by dying it more with highlights or anything, whether you do it at a salon or at home. However if you want to try and dye your eyebrows, do it at a salon, eyebrow dying is very tricky. Go to a salon for this! And for your highlights too. Most any form of hair color alteration is damaging, especially lightening it. A professional's talents are a must here.

Definetly go to the salon!!! Highlights can be tough to do yourself and will come out looking super cheesy. Good luck!

Go to a salon. I've dyed my own hair before with nightmarish results. -S
