Dying hair

Mario Lemieux favorite hockey player Asked by icehockeyguy about 1 year ago, 4 answers.

I'm going to dye my hair black - and if I really dont like it, if I dye my hair blonde again, will it go back to roughly the same colour?

No, it won't be the same color. Black hair dye is a very tricky thing to deal with. I would suggest going with a non-permanent brown color first. That way you can get a feel for the darker hair your going to have. You canno't dye your hair blonde or any other lighter color once you've died it black. You would have to go to a profesional salon and have them strip your hair, bleach it, and then dye it blonde. But even then it won't be the same color it is now. And this process can cost you up to 700 dollars. Trust me! I've lived through it! Whatever you do, DON'T USE A PERMANENT BLACK HAIR DYE!!! Your hair will never look the same again!!!

Ya, what kta said. If you do go black then want to go back, it needs to be stripped out. So, the best way to go if you want to be black that bad and you end up not liking it...wait for it to grow out.

Yeah, if you want to experiment, use a semi-permanent color. otherwise, if you use a permanent color and end up not liking it, you'll end up with a pretty horrible situation. And I know- I've done it! If you DO end up liking it, wait until the color washes out and THEN use a permanent color. IF you don't, you'll have to strip the color off and it'll turn your hair ORANGE and serverely damage it!!!

going from blackk to blonde is very very hard too do it takes a lot of time and a lot of dyeing and in the process WILL damage your hair. I have learnt from my mistakes before.took me bout a year just to get my hair from blu black too a blondeish/red color. and now it is black again going for bright red now lol
