Use a sensitive skin moisturizer, and stop using the Stridex wipes. Also use a gentle cleanser. Pump the cleanser onto a wash cloth, and scrub with the washcloth gently around the area for approximately 3 minutes. That always works for me and scrubs off the dry skin. Just don't scrub too long and too hard. Good luck.
