Drug use during pregnancy

I have a friend who is pregnant, we'll call her casey, 10 weeks behind me, and she has been using drugs through out her pregnancy. I am afraid for her baby, and what the possible birth defects might be. The things I know for sure she has used are...

cocaine, marijuana, oxycontin 80s (also other pills such as opanas, percosets, lortabs...etc), alcohol, and cigrettes. She hasn't been clear if she used ecstasy or shrooms, but they are possibilities too. I guess I would just like to know what are the chances of her having a healthy baby, it living a normal life, and not having it taken from her for child endangerment or whatever reasons they may take an infant from it's mother. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying I think she should keep her baby, because I don't. I'd take her if I thought I could afford, and be mentally able, to care for two newborns at the same time.

that baby has a very bleak future ahead, and its chances of living are very low, talk to her and tell her if she doent get help youll report her to child services, tell her you care about her but not so much that youll watch a baby suffer

she doesnt sound like a fit mother at all
and I dont think she should be having a baby if she isnt willing to at least stop taking drugs during her pregnancy

this baby doesnt have a good chance of coming out healthy and normal
especially if shes taking one or more of these drugs now
if she goes to a hospital to have it theyll probably test the baby and drugs can show up in its system as well
but iif I were you I would call someone now about it
before she has it

she cant have a baby while shes on so many drugs, it will cause so many problems and dissabilities. she needs to get help

Who would I call? I don't know anything about this, just that it's bad. I feel guilty for having a hard time quiting cigarettes until I was 51/2 months pregnant. I wouldn't know how to go about it, or what information to give.

I would call social services to be honest, its harsh but it is for the baby's sake when she has realised the dangers it should convince her 2 stop. Although saying that my friends sister took Cocaine, Cannabis, Cigerettes and Drank ALL the way through her pregnancy she still has her kids and they kids are perfectly normal.. although it doesnt always work out like this so talk 2 her =]

she isn't going to have a baby because sheis killing it. she has probably terminated her baby

well my brother and his wife use drugs and she is pregnet and the baby can come out reeatrted because of it!

POOR BABY GET HER TO STOP. I HOPE SHE GETS ARRESTED. SHE NEEDS TO FIND SOME BIRTH CONTROL AND REHAB WHEN THIS PREGNANCY IS DONE SHE'S KILLING THE POOR BABY. I HOPE THE BABY HAS A GOOD GRANDMOTHER OR SOMEONE TO TAKE CARE OF HIM OR HER IF NOT CONVINCE HER TO GIVE THE BABY UP FOR ADOPTION SHE IS DEFINITELY UNFIT.
