Is it ok to give a baby milk when they have a high temperature?

this is a question for a doctor.

I know children and adults shouldn't have milk when they have a fever because it will make them puke, but a baby needs milk to survive.

It's OK to give them milk, but milk is harder to digest than something like Pedialyte. So if they vomit the milk you can switch and try something easier on their stomach.

No, No, No. Do not give your baby milk if he/she has a high temperature. The milk might keep the high temperature from dropping. Give the baby juice.
