Dressing up or being chill?
I really feel comfortable in anything I wear, but what do I look better in?? I usually dress real relaxed, but I also do preppy and on more important occasions suit and tie. The pics are on my profile page.
a scarf, I think everyone looks nice with an artfully placed scarf a scarf with a casual blazer looks extra nice

Wear what you feel comfortible in. Something that screems you, a personality match. And as long as you think you like your look it will look fine.
For girls its more easier..I believe a plain tee shirt can look good as long as you have cute accessories.
