Download things for sims

How do you download things for your sims? And what websites do you have to go to to download things?

the box the sims game cums in thre a website on it , http://www.uk.ea.com you sign in wiv a user name and pasword and you can downoad things 4 your sims game, I tried doing it but not 2 sure on how 2 upload them on 2 the actual sims game! im obsessed wid the sims!! its amazin!! an so addictive lol xx

If its sims 2, than go to http://www.modthesims2.com
theres a lot of good stuff on there. Theres a load of sites where you can get stuff, but some of them are pay (so I just go to http://www.paysites.mustbedestroyed.org)
http://www.thesimsresource.com has some really good stuff on there too, for both sims 1 and sims 2 (some are pay so just go to the paysite website I listed above)
