Dont want to wear a bra

How do I stop people from telling me I have 2 wear a bra at school?

I dont like bras there not comfy + I only got small breasts so I dont wear 1 but my friends say I have 2.

im 13 btw

well, when I was younger I hated bras too,
I thought they were itchy and unnecessary, however at 13 you may not be able to get away with it much longer.
try buy a lose sports bra
nothing tight, it doesn't even need to support you, just use it to get use to the feeling

if you are strictly against bras then try wearing a tight tank top or shirt under your school shirt. that may offer you some support, or make it less noticeable to your friends that you are not wearing a bra.

wear a undershirt or a cammi

you'll have to start wearing them one day. the more you wear them, the less and less you feel them. sleeping with them on also helps you get use to them faster.

look at the school handbook and if you dont have to wear one hten dont and tell them you wont

wear a sports bra they're comfy.

I didnt like em either but the more I started 2 wear em I found them more comfy. you dont have to wear paded bras if dats what you mean...sports bras just straight strap bras are comfy and you will eventually have to start wearin em because you will get bigger and people sometimes will start to notice like if you wear a white shirt, but just try sleepin in one if you really dont think about it u'll forget about it on. I hate them too but told if you don't wear them your boobs grow a different way and will not be striangth when your older

maybe your getting the wrong size...plus the more you wear them the more comfy they are...

it feels like second skin to me now, maybe try a sportbra? and if your not already wear a trainer bra. Try something silk possibly.

look sweetie, I totally understand where your coming from about the discomfort. Try sleeping with your bra on. Make sure the straps are not too tight or loose. Try a sports bra, they REALLY help. :] And what you should do about your friends? well you should tell them that they cant tell you that you HAVE to wear one because if you choose not to then thats your business, not theirs. theyre most likely just trying to look out for u, but make it clear that your handling this your own way. :] ull do just fine.
