Why do people ask questions multiple times?

I dont get why people feel the need 2 ask questions 12x. If nobody answered it the first time there not gonna answer it just because you post it 11x more. I dont understand why people have 2 constantly break the rulez of the site when they know what...

there doing is against them.

They're really desperate, and I get that, doesnt make it any less annoying...

usually its just because they expect anwres fast
and when they dont get them
they annoyingly repeat the questions so people will answer it
it is against the terms of use
and they need to realsie that getting answres may take a bit of time
it doesnt always happen imediently

I think sometimes it may happen because they put it in Love Relationships, and then they go back to the main page to see if they can find it there. They don't see it because those ones don't show up under the Questions link, so they post again.
