How long for my dog's infection to clear?

my dog has a infection after having surgery and his currently taking antibiotics but how long does it take for the infection to totally clear

could take as little as a couple weeks pending on how bad of a infection your dog has

Just make sure he takes ALL the meds the vet gave you...he'll appear that he's "over it" before the meds are gone, but it's imperative that you give them all to ensure that the bug is gone.

It's really hard to say when the infection will clear. even if it looks like the infection is clear make sure you use all the antibiotics the vet gives you unless it is cleared by the vet to be safe.
