Dog foaming at the mouth

Hi I wanted to dress my dog up for halloween and I want her to look crazy scary so she goes with my costume do they make something that is safe that would make her foam at the mouth? I would never hurt her so if there isn't anything 100% safe forget...

Use some whipped cream. If she eats any of it, it won't hurt her and she'll look real and scary happy
