Does your foot size determine when you stop growing?

I'm 16,im 5'6-5'7ft and heck I weigh around 135 pounds, probably more because I changed my eating habits...but yeah I've realized that ever-since the mid of this year my feet havent been growing and looking at them now...their still the same...Im size...

7-8...depending on the shoe brand and design...but in heels im size 9

Now does that mean,because my feet have possibly stop growing or just lagging in growth,does that mean I've stopped growing in height overall???

Hope I dont jinx it, because although I dont mind my height,I dont want to remain this height when I get older...
