Do those enhancing treatments work?

Ok so im a little self-concious (spelled right? lol) about my breast size,I BARELY fill out and A cup..im probably a AA and im 19 and everyone says that when your 19 your pretty much done growing,at least in that area.. Needless to say,im flat chested...

and hate it lol. But I would NEVER consider surgeries or anything that extreme to enhance. I heard of this product..or...system called Brava. If you look it up on google,you can read about it. But I always hear about how these enchancing treatments dont really work and can cause problems. Sooo...should I try it,or just let nature run its course?

I think you are beautiful with out it. im sure your significant other, will defintly love you just the way you are. I think nature is the best way to do anything!

Indeed, usually (if not always), these kind of products have no effect. There is no evidence that these products actually work. They contain all kind of ingredients (some with hormonal type activity), they haven't been studied for long term effects or for how do they interact when taken together. Some can cause indigestion and irregularity of your period.
Anyway, you might want to read about Stem cells that are used for natural breast augumentation.

You may still get a little growth by 21, but honestly not much more.
Surgery is the most reliable way, however, SOME women get additional boob size when they are on hormonal Birth Control pills. It is a well known side effect with some of the pills (not all).

I know for sure that those enhancing products, whether they be creams or pills, have absolutely no effect in the long run. A friend of mine tried them once and she went from an A-cup to a B-cup for like two months and she was ecstatic. But then all of a sudden, she breasts shrunk back to their original size and she realized that she wasted all of that money for nothing. There was no positive or negative results.

I have really small breasts as well (32-B), but I just focus on what I like about myself, rather than worrying about my breasts.
