I heard that if yuu wear yur bra when yuu are sleeping then yur boobs wont grow.. Is this true?

Well...it decreases the blood flow to the mamorary glands which doesn't help the breasts to grow...but doesn't really stop it. But it is generally not great for your breats because of it decreasing the blood flow.

im not completely sure but I think that is a myth. but wearing your bra to sleep isnt comfortable. Especially if you are wearing a bra in the day too. Do can't always wear a bra. This is gonna sound wear but your boobs need to breath aka they need a break from bras.

Untrue... I always sleep in my bra, since I was 10-11 and my boobs grew bigger...
I even heard if you wear your bra while sleeping you might get breastcancer... it's also untrue... because if it is... then we would all be dead by now, or in the hospital suffering, or dieing!

I think its untrue, I also hear that sleeping with a bra helps them not sag sooo its probabaly all myths.
