I mean he tries to be around me and still meses wit me but I dont want him to still like me

It sounds like it...try making it VERY clear that you are done...you don't mind being friends...but you don't like him LIKE THAT...but remeber...he may not like you...he may just be acting like that because thats how hes used to acting around you...just try and hint that your done with that..
