Does l'oreal hair dye work on dark brown hair?

would it work on my type of hair? Oh yeah the color
I wanted to dye it
was jet black.
And if not does the
jet black hair dye
at hottopic work?

Box hair dyes usually work if you are dying from lighter to darker. Just a warning though... black doesn't go away. you can't dye over it without going to a salon and dumping a ton of money. Plus, if you do try to get it out at a salon, they usually have to fry your hair. too many chemicals= BAD. If you still decide to go with a box dye, I would recommend the nutrisse garnier. Their dye comes in the form of a "hair mask" so it dye doesnt drip on your skin or clothes as easily, plus it smells better than most others. Be really careful with do-it-yourself projects.

From what I remember, the dyes at hot topic are just as good as the ones at walmart. pay attention to how permanent they are.
