When you use a straightening iron you are burning your hair. If you do it enough it will make your hair unhealthy and extremely brittle making it much easier to fall out and break. You hair will just be extremely unhealthy if you continue to do it everyday and count on heavy shedding.

It's not actually permanent (it only lasts a few months), it costs quite a bit, and it /does/ damage your hair a bit, regardless of the treatment (though since you straighten your hair every day, which is exactly what you're /not/ supposed to do, your hair is probably already fried).

Stop straightening your hair! I have really curly hair and I hate how everyone wants straight hair. Why can't we all just love ourselves the way we are?
So stop damaging your hair, please? lol
