Does ensure make you gain weight?

I heard it does but im not sure if its true so does anyone know if it is?

Well it depends, everyone's body works diffrently, and processes certain proteins and fats in different ways, I would suggest that you do a little bit of googling, but also.. ensure is not technically meant as a weight loss solution.

If you drink enough of it it will, but you can make it especially fattening if you add it to a milkshake w/ about 5 scoops of ice cream and half&half milk. If you really want to gain a lot of weight send me a fun mail and I'll give you some tips.
