Peanut Butter sandwich, (With whole Grain Bread) Peanut Butter on Celery, Peanut Butter Crackers, etc. You get my point? Peanut Butter is very good for you, but don't be fooled! It has a lot of Fat, but this is healthy Fat, not the fat that can make you Big. Was that confusing? Peanut Butter is protein, so it will fill you up for awhile (Stick to your Ribs) so when you are constantly using up energy, it won't run out as fast.
NOTE- Peanut Butter is high in calories, this is because Peanut Butter comes from Peanuts, a naturally high-calorie snack. Only eat about 2 tablespoons, (1 giant spoonful) or you can have more if you work your calories in. 1 serving is 180-200 calories. If you eat Celery with it though, it wouldn't be any extra calories. Celery is a Negative Calories Food. Meaning it takes more energy (calories) to chew it, digest it, etc, than it does by swallowing it.

Salads, lettuce leaves, chicken, dressing,croutons,tomato etc
Or you could make spinach and rise (spinach fresh leaves), basically you combine them in a pot and boil them ...really high in calcium, gives you energy, low in fat and tastes nice...
Trail mix is always good, and it even tastes good.
yeah I think & believes chics enjoy chocolate but try pringles am sure they'll do you good...en maybe starchy foods too
thanks everyone.. this is great, I am actually getting advice! I have never heard of 'negative calorie foods' before, but I will google it to see if there are anymore out there!!!






A healthy snack that can give me energy?
Hopefully someone could help! I don’t drink coffee or energy drinks!!! I noticed when I get tired I start to eat chocolate, which isn’t the worst thing for you, but it isn’t the best either!! Does anyone know of some little snack I could eat that can give me energy?? Something healthy of course! Thanks for your help!!
