Does anyone have any idea what this song might be called?

Ok, I feel really silly asking the question the way im going to ask it, but I dont know to omuch about this song because I've only heard it once.

Here it is: I was at this protest the other day, and they played this song for the protestors to dance to. I have no idea what the girl singing was saying (the system was ridiculously awful) but in the song there were like 4-5 gunshots in the chorus I guess.
Does anyone have the SLIGHTEST idea what im talking about?

I know the detail in my question if very limited and not very helpful, but like I said. I've only heard this song once.
