Does anyone talk about sex with their moms?

Does any one speak with there mom about there sex life?
Because I watched this program about teens tlking to there mom and dad about it, and apparently its suppost to bring you closer together?

Does anybody? & Does it bring you closer?

Well.. I'm a virgin but I haved asked my mom lots of questions and I talk about my friends and who there with.

I belive it can bring you closer. It shows that you can talk about things that you might usually feel uncomfortable talking about with a parent. I talk to my mum about sex..there will always be someone that you can ask questions.. =]

oh hell no. never in 67439846 years, if I even mentioned the word sex to my dad he would go on a rampage and murder every boy in the state, lol. my mom too, I told her that I had mono a while ago and she was like OH NO OH MY GOD WHO HAVE YOU BEEN KISSING OH MY GOD WHY GOD. but my older sister talks to my mom about her sex life, and they're REALLY close. I'm not close to either of my parents, tears. I guess it's because I'm the youngest kid so they still treat me like a baby >:[

I've never been that close to my mom to openly talk about sex, but I will have to tell her I have had sex soon though!
I think it would be a bit uncomforable, just because my family isn't the affectionate kind of family that shows love and talks about a lot of things usually.

im 28 and my mother and I are very close.we are not just mother and daughter we are best friends...I talk to her about anything and everything and yes even SEX I talk to her about...you should never be scared to talk to your mum about anything...if people only realised she will be your best friend youll ever have if only you let her...and you only ever get one mum...im the youngest in my family yes,,but im not treated like a kid simply because im not one,I've always been mature for my age,and both mum and I realise even know we are really close we still have a life of our own so we respeact each other a lot,,the nicest part is though I know no matter what the subject I can talk to her about it the same way she talks to me in return.

Well me and my twin brother talk to my mom about sex ALL the time lol I kinda had to because I'm prego lol but I talked to her about it before and it actually does bring you closer because then your parents know you trust them and then they'll give you more trust =]

Talking to your parents about sex is the absolute best thing you can do. I know it will probably be uncomfortable, but they are the ones you should turn to. If however this isnt an option talk to a guidance counsler, an aunt, whatever responsible adult you feel comfortable with. I dont know if you are already sexually active or not, but making the decision is a very big one. There are so many dangers out there and it only takes one time to get pregnant or get and STD, or even worse aids. If you are thinking about having sex, or have already talk to an adult and get facts. Protect yourself and your partner. Respect and love yourself enough to get past the embarrasment and open up to an adult, you will feel better once you do
