Do not purchase a bull terrier, adopt one instead. Go to petfinder.com and enter your zip code and breed wanted.

If you feel that you must purchase one, DO NOT buy off the internet or from a pet store! 90% of the puppies are from puppy mills. Instead find a good breeder and visit their home so that you can see the mother and the way she is raised. Is she a family pet or a poor dog just used for breeding.

I suggest you try to find a breeder in the area. At least that way you will know the owners and know the background of the pups. buying off someone you have no clue about can be quite problematic.
