Do people in the uk like americans?

This is me :) Asked by peace_baby 25 days ago, 2 answers.

Just out of curiosity.
Do you? Or could you care less...
Would I be considered a burden to you if I came to visit I've always wanted to go there
but would I as an American be welcome?..

I'm American.. of course, I can't speak on behalf of people in the UK, but I'm sure certain places get aggravated at tourists, just like we do here in the US. my friend went to england over the summer and she made a lot of new english friends. I'm sure if you're respectful and nice, they'd love to have you. happy

I love Americans, there might be some tourism fatigue in London, then again people say Londoners are rude to begin with. Come up north, you'd be very welcome happy
