Is this happening in your sleep?I get this problem occasionally.I just had it last night as a matter of fact.I think it happens to a lot of people I'm suprised by these answers.I use to watch Montel and people would be describing this same thing and I know some people who said that too.I doesn't sound serious to me I've had this happen for years and I'm fine.

Do i need a doctor?
I need help! When I'm lying down sometimes my eyes are closed shut but I'm aware of everything that's going on around me but it seems as though I'm stuck in my sleep! It sounds as if I'm underwater or something and I have to try to shake my head very...
hard to get up but it's sometimes so stiff. I try to reposition myself and it sometimes helps, but on a bad night or day it takes me about 30 min. to get out of this stage. What is this called? Am I the only one this happens to? Do I need help?
