Do i have adhd??!!

these are my symptoms:
1. I fidget with my hands and feet like I dont control the movements. they are kindfa like tics.
2. I cant stay still for a long time
3. I cant do anything quietly
4. I talk excessively
5. I get distracted easily
6. its...

hard to listen to someone when they talk to me
7. its hard for me to stay focused on one thing for a long time

since I am not 18 yet, how do I tell my nana? (she probably knows my symptoms, but she doesnt know what ADHD is. so... HELP ME!!!

You sound as if you might be someone with adhd. However, close monitoring by a doctor is the only real way to help you with a diagnosis and some sort of treatment. I overcame a lot of my own adhd tendencies by doing sports year round.

it looks like you have adhd and also a small case of tourettes.
