Try going to work at DisneyLand or DisneyWorld and impress the daylights out of them....audition....hire a talent agent and get your talent/face known to the right people

Try looking for auditions near you.

best new talent has a competition each year and the winners and many of the finalists get to audition in front of agents which usually include disney people.
