How do you get rid of nasty discharge?

Discharge is normal, and the amount varies from person to person. There is nothing you can do to stop it.
Although if it has a foul odor or different color than normal, that is a sign of infection that needs to be taken care of.
If it's really a problem, wear a panty liner.

If you're having nasty discharge you should get checked for infection - but if it's white discharge that's just your vagina cleaning itself out.
