First, you should exercise. You can't really lose weight unless you're burning more calories then you are consuming.
Breakfast - I love low fat yogurt with granola and fruit. It's also really filling. If you don't like yogurt, try whole wheat bread with cream cheese and an apple. Eat your vitamins...etc.
Lunch - if you eat meat, try to go for skinless grilled chicken, or a lean cut turkey. Put it on a whole wheat roll, with mustard, or honey mustard and lettuce.
Dinner - Lean beef burgers, or turkey burgers with American Cheese. Have some salad, but don't cover it in creamy dressing.
That's what your diet should look like, or at least something close to that. Always drink water, choose whole wheat, skip mayo or ranch, nothing fried or too sweet. Just basically, eat healthy. It's okay to treat yourself sometimes, don't obsess over it too much.
I dont really thik people should diet it hink it is better if people just exercise and just dont eat after 6.
