After the initial testing, I believe insulin is relatively cheap…(did they suggest giving insulin shots, or just Prescription Diet?)…It’s inexpensive to take care of a diabetic cat…so that’s why I’d think it’d be the same for a dog (cost per month depending on the size the dog).
