I think the only way to decrease the size is a breast reduction, it's a medical procedure that is quite effective, I know 2 people who have had it done.

There are surgeries that will do this, if you've got insurance and they are big to the point where they will cause health problems (if they're giving you back aches and what not), some insurance companies will pay for part of the procedure...

If they just look bigger than you like, try minimizer bras...

surgery or weight loss are the only things I know of, I went from 36DD to 34D by losing tto and a half stone but thats cz I was really big!

You could try exercising and loosing some weight- after all breast tissue is just fat. As others have said minimiser bras and surgery. Although I believe surgery is something that shouldn't be taken for lightly. If you have stubborn breast tissue that will not budge then surgery could be an option but try to look at the alternative before hand happy good luck

but only oif your overweight or obbese
if not it wont do anything really
other than that you can get a brest reduction
this is a serious surgery howevere and youll need to do research on it and make sure youve learnt about whats involved with it
