Don't like to put a downer on the situation but you need help. Stress leads to more stress if untreated which can then lead to bigger problems (story of my life). Trust me, you need to talk to someone sooner rather than later because it will get worse if you just leave it.

There's lots of things you can do.First step speak to your mum or dad or even friend. Tel them how you feel and they will probably offer a helping hand and try to give advice were they can. You can also speak to other stress suffers on here and on dedicated health sites( I am always here to talk about pretty much anything). But the key to success here is proffesional help. Tell your doctor you are having trouble coping and they will re-direct you to a healh worker, councilor or something similar.

You are not alone. There are thousands of people like you who stress and are shy. You need to start as soon as you can to get your life back on track. Take care.

Be weary of the doctor passing you off with drugs such as anti-depressents too, they just mask the underlying problem in my opinion. They might be appropriate in some cases so don't rule them out, but often aren't.
