How many years of college to be a dentist?

However you spell dental w/e lol The people that clean your teeth. Um, I was wondering is that a full four years of college orrr just a 2 year at a comunity college could do that? I mean, my goal is 4 years of college...so if I did something like that, what would I major in? pwease help

I'm not sure but I think to be a dental hygienist, its a two year program at a technical college. I'm not sure though. Good luck

well you have to get 4 years of dental university training then you have to get admission into dental school which takes 4 years to complete
