How can i delete history simply from my cache files?

How can I delete history simply from my cache files? anyone know? any solutions?

Ok I know the tools, internet options and delete? but not sure if that's what you're talking about?

what history exactly? internet cache or the history files of the OS?
internet cache can be emptied from the tool tabs. as for windows history im not sure because there are many sections that have theyre own cache files.

Then right click Internet Explorer and go now to properties then look around in their Id give you the right then where to go but Im runing old school AKA windows 98 and your probly runing windows 89
