If you want a good conditioning all you need to do is get some conditioner (no specific brand) and make sure you leave it in for a good 5-10 minutes when you use it. The longer you leave it in, the better it feels.

Deep Conditioner Ingredients: 1 small jar of REAL mayonnaise 1/2 of an avocado Directions: Place both ingredients in a medium bowl and squish together with your fingers until the color is mint green. Apply: Smooth the paste into your hair all the way to the tips. Put on a plastic shower cap and leave on for 20 minutes. For deeper conditioning put a hot, damp towel around your head over the shower cap. If you have really long hair and only need deep conditioning at the ends, cut the ingredients in half and apply only to the ends of your hair.
Special Note: Make sure to use REAL Mayonnaise and NOT salad dressing. Salad Dressing will dry your hair out.

I have saved money for a long time on deep conditioning by using a good condition like Pantene and after I wash my hair I put the conditioner on my hair really thick. Then I get a plastic cap and put on my head then put a towel over that. Then I let it stay on there for a couple of hours and then rinse. I do this about once every 3 months. It works for me.

I've heard that mayo is good for your hair. it sounds gross, but I read it in seventeen magazine, so it must work.
