Does breaking up for a day mean you start over?

Shark Atack Asked by funadvice about 1 year ago, 3 answers.

Ok, so my friend and I are in a debate about this. If you are with your boyfriend or girlfriend for a long time (longer that a year) and you guys had a really great relationship, and everyone loves to see you two together but then you two brake up for...

less then a day 1 day, would you still count the year before that or would you have to start counting again? any answers will help, we just need to know who is right.

If you only broke up for a day, then you shouldn't consider it and you should still count the year before. When my husband and I were dating, I broke up with him once for 6 hours but we still counted the time before like it hadn't happened!

Yes... i'm wearing a shirt. Answered by xxlovehurtsbabexx on Mar 14, 2008, 03:43AM
