Time is the best thing. I also received counseling from a grief counselor. But it will always be there. It is just a part of your life.

You never get over it, that's expecting way to much from yourself. Things usually do get better with time but the emotions will stick with you forever.

You Can't, it will get better but never go away. I recieved councilling that really helped me, talk to friend sand family I found that also helps to talk about what's bothering you. I also go on this website to help me Winstons wish type it in on google and it's a bereavment site you can chat to others in the same situation and also do stuff to help you and can even email someone to ask about your problems happy
